EMEC is about being able to showcase the best of Emergency Medicine education and we're keen that you all get involved. What great ideas have you had in your department? Have you tried something new? What research are you doing?
There are two types of work that we would like you to submit:
Posters.
Are you deep in educational research? Have you got data on your latest educational initiative? Display your results and share your great ideas with the world.
Infographics.
Turn on your computer and get out your wax crayons! Time for you to show off your creative flair for making core knowledge visually engaging. Examples can be found here from #EM3 and learnED.
We also know that most of our delegates are quite competitive, so prizes, trophies and the lifetime respect of your colleagues are on offer for the best poster and best infographic!
As part of our support of FOAM, all accepted posters and infographics will be displayed online following the conference. Check out previous posters here.
Instruction for authors.
Abstracts must not exceed 300 words excluding title, authors and institutions. A structured abstract format is preferred but not mandatory. Infographics for submission should be sent when completed. Completed posters should be A1 in portrait orientation. Submitted infographics can be smaller in size but should still be in portrait orientation.
Submit your abstract or infographic to the.emec@gmail.com. An acknowledgement email will be sent as confirmation of receipt of your abstract.
We also ask that a pdf or Hi RESversion of your final poster or infographic is sent to us so that we can upload it for future viewing.and share it via twitter on the day of the conference.
